We have over 80 km of signposted hiking routes, also to mountain restaurants and rest places, available to hiking enthusiasts here in Eben. The region has over 500 km of signposted routes and climbs, of various levels of difficulty.

Experience wonderful and stunning panoramic mountain views, whether on an “incredible“ hike to the Gerzkopf or to the Radstädterhütte on the Rossbrand. We have many different hiking maps available here at the tourist office!
The lifts are also running in the summer for you, if you would like to get up the mountain to enjoy the fantastic views, with minimal effort.

Have an enjoyable hike from mountain hut to mountain hut from Niederen and Hohen Tauern to the Bischofsmütze and to the Hochkönig along the Salzburger Almenweg route.
Collect your free stamp card from the Eben tourist office and start hiking along the Almenweg to earn your breast pin of recognition.

The hiking destinations can be chosen at your discretion and just need to be proved with a stamp. The stamps are available at each of the mountain huts along the Almenweg. If a stamp should be missing or the hut is closed, then you can fill in the data yourself in the relevant section or the local tourist office can confirm it.
