RETRO-Race

During this event, pictures and videos will be taken. By registrating for this event, I take note of the possibility of being pictured in pictures and videos which will be used for press and publication in various (social) media and on the following web sites: www.eben.at | www.salzburgersportwelt.com | www.montepopolo.at | www.snow-space.com | www.skiclubeben.at | www.skiamade.com. As participant, I also accept that my name will be published in result lists and that my data (name, pictures) will be forwarded to sponsors and official photographers. I accept to recieve informational e-mails by Tourismusverband Eben im Pongau (this can be revoked in writing at any time).

The participant declares that in case of any damage, he will not make a claim against the organizer, site owner or against any organisations which are connected to the event and other participants and that he is sufficiently insured against accidents and liability cases. The organizer is not liable for health risks and any danger for participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to check his health status and to confirm this medically if applicable. There are no liabilities for damages of the organizer against the participant, if the organizer is obliged to make changes in the implementation of the event or cancel it because of Force majeure, official order or safety reasons.
